Therapy Services Tailored to You
Therapy isn’t just about coping, it’s about creating a life that feels worth living.
I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families, helping each client navigate life’s unique challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—focused on helping you understand and have the skills to move forward with resilience and confidence.
Individual Therapy
Young Adults and Adolescents: Life doesn’t have to be this hard. Ages 11 - 27 are full of changes. I have worked with teenagers for the past decade who struggle with stress, perfectionism, sadness, ADHD, self-harm and relationship issues.
Through evidenced based strategies based in brain development, we work to make sense of your world and make things easier.
Adults: Just because you’re out of the adolescent phase of life doesn't mean the changes or challenges stop. If you’re struggling with relationships, anxiety, pressure to be perfect, ADHD or overwhelming sadness you’re in the right place.
My clients often struggle with overwhelm, and we work together to make life feel more manageable. Although I work with adults in all stages, I particularly enjoy working with parents and the unique challenges that parenting brings.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be both our greatest source of joy and stress. I help couples strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and reconnect with each other in meaningful ways. I particularly enjoy working with parents at any phase of their parenting journey.
Family Therapy
Families grow and change over time, which isn’t always easy. I help families build stronger connections, improve communication, and navigate challenges including parenting struggles, life transitions, and conflict resolution.
