I am a private pay practice. My session rates are:

Individual Therapy – $175 for 50 minutes

Couples Therapy – $260 for 75 minutes

Family Therapy – $175 for 50 minutes, $260 for 75 minutes

I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • I provide individual, couples and family psychotherapy. I also am available for speaking engagements and podcast interviews. 

  • I see adults, adolescents and children age 9 and up.

  • I tailor session length based on individual needs 50 - 75 minutes. Typically couples and family therapy are 75 minutes and individual appointments at 50 minutes.

  • I do not take insurance directly, but I can support you with the out of network reimbursement process by providing a superbill with all the information your insurance company needs.
